Terms of service
Last updated: [DATE — set when your lawyer approves this page]
This page is a structure for your lawyer. Every section below needs final legal text. The short notes describe what rabithouse actually does, so the terms can match the product.
1. Who we are and agreeing to these terms
The contracting entity, how a person accepts these terms (creating an account), and how these terms relate to the
privacy policy.
2. Who can use rabithouse
rabithouse is for parents and caregivers. Accounts are personal and identified by a username.
Minimum age and eligibility, one account per person, and responsibility for keeping the sign-in email secure.
3. Spaces and community rules
Spaces are private group chats that people join with an invite code or an owner’s approval. Members can report other members, and Space owners approve who joins.
Acceptable-use rules (no harassment, spam, or soliciting; no sharing other people’s private information; respecting children’s privacy), how reports and moderation work, and our right to remove content or accounts.
4. Your content
You own what you post and save. Messages and files you share in a Space are visible to its members; your Pocket is visible only to you.
The license you grant us to store, process, and display your content in order to run the service (including processing by Bunny when you ask it to), what happens to content in Spaces after you leave or delete your account, and your responsibility for content you share.
5. Bunny and AI features
Bunny is an optional AI helper, off until you allow it. It can make mistakes: it suggests dates, reminders, and answers, and nothing is added to a Space until you confirm it. Bunny is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
AI disclaimer language: accuracy is not guaranteed, users should verify important dates and details with the original source, no professional advice, and any limits on use.
6. The beta and Plus
rabithouse is in beta. Features may change, and some are not yet available. During the beta, Plus features are included at no charge.
Beta terms (provided “as is”, features may change or end), and the terms for paid plans when billing is introduced (pricing, renewal, cancellation, and app-store purchase rules).
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app. See the privacy policy for what’s deleted.
When we may suspend or end accounts, and what survives termination.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity.
9. Disputes and governing law
Governing law, venue, and any dispute-resolution or arbitration terms.
10. Changes to these terms
How we notify users of changes and when they take effect.
